The cable car takes you from Emmetten to the mountain station Stockhütte in just 10 minutes. There is a playground for children here. Several hiking trails begin at the mountain station. The circular route Atupri takes about 40 minutes and runs over the Schattigenstock.
The hike to Klewenalp takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and is suitable for strollers. From Klewenalp, you can also take the cable car to Beckenried. From there, a postbus will bring you back to Emmetten.
