You follow a waymarked winter hiking trail from Flims village via Lake Cauma and Conn to Trin. Over a distance of around 10 km, you hike through snow-covered landscapes and the Flims forest with views over the Rhine Gorge.

You combine the hike with a three-course menu offering insights into traditional Grisons dishes. In the morning, you start with breakfast in Flims, enjoy a warm meal at midday, and finish with a dessert in the afternoon.

• If you're arriving by car, you can park for a fee in the STENNA car park.
• After your hike, you can take the PostBus back to Flims.
