For the e-bike tour to Engstlenalp, you start in the Interlaken region and cycle up into the peaceful Gänteltal. Alongside the Gäntel stream, you'll pass waterfalls like Jungibach and Gentalwasserfall, enjoying views of rock faces and alpine meadows. With a bit of luck, you might spot marmots, ibex, or birds of prey in the surrounding mountain scenery.
At a mountain pasture, you visit a traditional cheese dairy and sample local cheese varieties right where they're made. Afterwards, you reach Engstlensee, where you can take a break by the lake shore, soak in views of the lake and mountains, and take photos. The ride back takes you downhill through the Gänteltal again, letting you experience the landscape from a fresh perspective.
