After a short chocolate tasting, you choose one of three types of chocolate. This will be the basis for the chocolate medal that you will then make.
You decorate the medal with various ingredients and personalize it with a chocolate decorating bag. You crystallize and temper your medal under supervision. You'll be a chocolate champion in no time. You can take the mold home with you.
