Switzerland is home to beautiful gorges and riverbeds that are perfect for canyoning. The alpine regions in the canton of Ticino are known for their magnificent tours and routes. The Boggera Gorge is one of the top spots for canyoning and can be tackled in any weather.
From high jumps to abseiling, this tour offers a variety of activities in the middle of the Boggera Gorge. However, it is explicitly suitable for beginners, as any obstacles can be easily avoided.
You can optionally be picked up at a train station or meet your guide at the base in Riviera.
After you have been kitted out with a helmet, suit, neoprene socks, climbing equipment and special shoes for the canyoning experience, an experienced instructor will introduce you to the basics of canyoning and show you everything you need to know about canyoning.
Now you can climb through the gorge, slide down rivers, experience natural pools and jump safely into the water from up to ten meters under the guidance of your guide for approx. 4 hours. On the tour, you also have the opportunity to take a picnic break and enjoy the snacks provided.
You return from the base after the gorge hike.
