Senior discounts:Ladies over 64 and men over 65 years shall receive a 10% discount on adult prices (excluding the TopCard and SnowPass). Discounts are granted only upon presentation of a valid identification card.
Loss of ticket: Lift tickets valid for 2 days or more will be replaced for a processing fee of CHF 20.- upon presentation of the numbered receipt. The electronic data carrier [KeyCard) must be repurchased. For the rest, the Gerneral Terms and Conditions of the Weisse Arena Gruppe apply.
Ski Care: For an additional CHF 6.00, you can take out an insurance policy from Ski Care for the 1-day ski pass.
Data-chip cards: A once-only charge of CHF 5.- is made for the reusable KeyCard. Only Cards starting with the series number WTP or 01 are valid. Older cards can be replaced free of charge at the ticket desks.
