Your ticket takes you by cable car up to Elsigenalp. After the scenic journey, you can enjoy the unique panorama of the surrounding region. At the top, also explore the many hiking trails and cozy walks through the breathtaking Swiss mountain scenery.
The cable car journey starts at the valley station in Elsigbach. If needed, you can also book the bus transfer from and to Achseten Kirch.
Route of the Elsigen-Metsch Cable Car
Valley station: Elsigbach
In about 7 minutes, you will ride on a modern cable car up to Elsigenalp. During this ascent, you cross a height difference of 470 meters. The view along the way is stunningly beautiful.
Mountain station: Elsigenalp
Upon arrival, your first view will be the magnificent panorama of the surrounding region. Then, discover the many hiking routes and relaxing walks through the magnificent mountain landscape.
Bus route:
From Achseten Kirch to Elsigbach valley station and back. The bus runs only upon reservation/advance booking.
