You may try the local wine and taste traditional treats like smoked trout, sucking lamb, alpine cheese, and homemade pastries. A sure way to please your stomach, but that's not all! You may also learn much about the different vines, wine growing, the climate, fauna and flora, as well as the geology of the region.
