High above the rooftops of Zurich, you will find coziness as you otherwise only know from the mountains. A genuine wooden chalet, a crackling fireplace and a magnificent view. Combined with the unique cheese and meat fondue specialties, this is a real treat.
A delightful chalet evening with us begins on the terrace with the view over the city and the lake. A mug of mulled wine and hot chestnuts are the perfect start to an event before moving on to the chalet which awaits the guests with it's cozy warmth created through the fireplace. Here, fondue plays the leading role, be it cheese or meat. Whether it is the original Swiss fondue, with racy chilli or truffles and champagne, there is something for every taste.

We are convinced, taht genuine pleasure can only come from good ingredients. That's why we choose our suppliers very carefully. The best cheese fondue starts of course with an excellent cheese. We have found one nearby in Embrach, on the Guldenberg farm of the Lienhard family. The quality of their produce is the top priority for the Lienhard family. Their cows are also fed on potatoes and are milked without any automatic milking machines. The milk is bottled on the farm immediately and is processed into the full-bodied cheese at the dairy in Embrach. We also care about the fondue chinoise where we use only Swiss meat supplied by the Ziegler butchers in Zurich.
