The private ski instructor is exclusively there for you and builds on your skills. You can be a beginner or already have some experience.
If you are still a beginner, you will learn in the course how to ski safely on blue pistes. As an intermediate, you might already tackle red or black pistes. What you specifically learn depends on your current skills.
