The detective trails can be played after purchase with a printed treasure map or with the online version (web) app. The aim of the game is to pass various important places in the village/town/region and find the answers to the riddles posed by Detective Badger. Along the way, participants can learn many mysterious stories about the Swiss villages/cities/regions.

The first riddle to be solved is located directly at the starting point of the Detective Trail, which is indicated on the Detective Trail map or in the online version (web app). The route descriptions, like on a scavenger hunt, repeatedly lead past puzzle posts where a puzzle has to be solved based on clues at this location - in the process you learn lots of interesting and surprising facts about the corresponding city or region. This game is available in countless towns and villages. A real or virtual treasure chest awaits you at the end.
