The cheese secrets are given from generation to generation - and the fresh herbs are an important ingredient to a good cheese.
The real cheese art begins with the thickening point. Then the part of cheese making starts. The guests are involved in cheese production, helping, stirring and tasting the curds and whey, till the cheese is in the mould. After 4 to 6 month the cheese is matured and developed its full aroma. The cheese is then ready to be distributed on site.
