The journey with the Matterhorn Glacier Ride II cable car between the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and Testa Grigia (Plateau Rosa) takes about 4 minutes. This ride is part of the Matterhorn Alpine Crossing, allowing you to travel from Switzerland to Italy via a high-altitude cable car system without needing skis. During the ride, you enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding alpine landscape.
With an extra ticket "Crystal Ride," you can ride in one of the two cabins with a glass floor. They offer a view down onto the glaciers below.
