Living abroad can be psychologically difficult. Perhaps you are: missing friends & family back home, feeling like you're not fitting in, feeling guilty for having moved abroad, struggling to adapt to a new routine, workplace and / or culture, having relationship difficulties, feeling sad, a lack of motivation, a loss of sense of identity. You hoped these difficulties might disappear with time, but you're still feeling them.
As a Swiss-licensed psychologist, I am here to help you adapt. I also provide psychological assessment (intelligence, personality & ADHD) & workshops in English.
I founded the Expat Psychology to help expats live a life with meaning abroad via psychological counselling & to promote mental wellbeing in schools & businesses via testing and workshops.
I am based in my office in Vevey and I also provide online consultations for expats based in other cities in Switzerland or around the world.
