Host Véronique Durussel and her husband manage a farm in Rovray/Vaud with views of the mountains and Lake Neuenburg. She cooks homegrown products and likes to talk to the guests about their life on the farm. The specialty of the house is a slowly simmered beef stew with mushrooms. She calls it Angel Pot.
