Description

The historic mills in St. Luc were renovated in 1986 and are now back in operation with their traditional charm.
Guided tours explain the workings of the old mills. The main features include a corn mill, a cloth press, the former rye and wheat mill, a barley and nut press and the miller's house.

Old and well-preserved mills of this type can also be found in other villages of the Val d'Anniviers, such as Chandolin, Fang, St. Jean and Grimentz.

Most of these mills are not freely accessible and can only be visited on certain days, so remember to check the opening times!
