Description

A three-day hike along the historic waterways of the Upper Valais.
The village of Mund is known as the capital of saffron, but also for its network of bisses, or irrigation channels. During three days, the guests and their mountain guide Fabrice Boucher discover the dizzying watercourses used to irrigate the fields. The group spends two nights as close as possible to these works of art in natural alpine surroundings. They set up camp at a high altitude and spend the night in double or triple tents. The three-day guided hike from one bisse to the next is suitable for practised hikers.
