Description

Skiing - A real treat on Parsenn. In terms of size and wide slopes Parsenn takes some beating - and the Gotschnabahn or Parsenn rail takes snow sports enthusiasts from Davos and Klosters directly to the ski area in just a few minutes.
At 2662 meters above sea level, the Weissfluhjoch offers breathtaking views of the mountains around Davos. Here, one of the most beautiful slopes leads down to the Parsennhütte - a real old-timer and the region’s record-breaking ski hut in terms of age. A piste over flattish terrain for the first kilometers as you make your way past the Stadlersee lake and popular Totalp bar; and on over constantly wider slopes inviting you to some great carving turns from here. Shortly before the Parsennhütte, on what’s known as the Baslerhang, you can cut some magical short turns in the snow - while those who prefer things a little more sporty can head for the parallel ski cross stretch and pleasurable faster-paced action.
