Your host is Chatsorn Pratoomma, head chef at the Spices Kitchen restaurant. The participants will travel by boat across Lake Lucerne and take the Bürgenstock railway up to the Bürgenberg. They will each receive a new chef’s jacket in the show kitchen. In a three-hour cooking course under the guidance of Chatsorn, they will learn to fry, wrap and mix spicy Asian dishes. One of the hottest kitchens in Switzerland is the perfect place to experiment with lemongrass and wasabi. Behind the scenes after the cooking class, the programme continues in the restaurant dining room. The group will be served a sensational six-course dinner at a spectacular lofty height above the lake. This exclusive ladies-only event is available to groups of up to four people.
