Description

The famous Cailler chocolate from Switzerland has been made in the factory in Broc since 1898. Chocolate-maker Géraldine Marras-Müller has the sweetest job in the world. At the «Atelier du Chocolat» (chocolate workshop), she introduces her guests to the art of tempering, conching and making ganache. Lots of noshing is encouraged.
