Vegetables, fruit, beef, flour and cider: The food of Melanie Ramser from Oberbalm near Bern is grown on her own farm. The meals are served to the guests in the granary built in 1782 or in front of the oven house. The Horbmatt farm is located in the midst of pastures with cattle, horses and goats.
