As organisers of corporate and team building events on the dragon boat, we offer our guests a dynamic group experience in which they learn to coordinate with each other to achieve successes together. We carry out our events on all still or calmly flowing waters throughout Switzerland.

1. Environment: We strive to keep the environmental impact of our activities to a minimum. Our dragon boats are powered solely by the muscle power of our guests. We work together with local suppliers to ensure we are using regional products. We also avoid – or keep to a minimum – the use of disposable products wherever possible. We contribute to biodiversity by working to protect bodies of water and their habitats. Every year, we take part in the “Rhiiputzete” to clear the banks of our home waters of litter. Our office with a photovoltaic system generates renewable energy and significantly reduces our CO2 emissions.


2. Society: We attach great importance to an inclusive and fair and equal working environment. We have equal pay and gender equality on fair terms, and our employees have access to training and development opportunities. We also work with local organisations to support the community. In addition, we inform our guests about the traditions and history surrounding dragon boating and its associated festivities, which are among our UNESCO intangible cultural heritage.


3. Economy: We create flexible workplaces that can be easily integrated into the lives of students and mothers or fathers. In this way, we make it easier for many to start a career or re-enter the job market. We strive to make our business practices sustainable in order to keep the environmental impact to a minimum, which helps strengthen the economy in the long run.
