Bella Tola – Prilett Descent

  • Image 1

Description

With its abundant sunshine and stunning views, the winter sports resort of St-Luc is a wonderful place to visit. A special gem is the intermediate run from the panoramic mountain of Bella Tola. It takes you along the southern edge of the ski area to the hamlet of Prilett.
The "couronne impériale" (imperial crown) is the name the locals have given to the majestic four-thousand-metre-high Valais peaks that skirt the Val d'Anniviers. Enjoy a magnificent view of these impressive summits from the top of the Bella Tola, the highest point in the St-Luc ski area. This view forms a magnificent backdrop to one of the valley’s longest downhill runs. It takes you over the saddle of the Pas du Boeuf and over Alpine terrain to the Chalet blanc du Tounot before passing through a forest clearing and ending up in Prilett.
