The Talhaus campsite is open in summer and winter and has winterized and wheelchair-accessible sanitary facilities. It comprises around 50 parking spaces, mostly owned by quiet tenants who have been here for many years. It lies idyllically on a flat surface in the valley and borders on the river Frenke. Despite the excellent transport links, it is surprisingly quiet behind the block of buildings that blocks out the noise. The tenants appreciate the friendly interaction with each other and the well-organized infrastructure. Temporary campers or “newcomers” are welcome.
