Description

The village of St-George, once upon a time a stronghold of pre-industrial activities, is today one of the last witnesses of that epoch. Here glassblowers and limestone artisans plied their trade. The restored mill was equipped in 1816 with a hydraulic saw: the water from two ponds causes the immense wheel to rotate. The small museum, which is dedicated to the history of agricultural implements is open from March to November.
