Participants join a coaching session with an experienced biathlete and former member of the French national team. The Olympic sport combines the disciplines of cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. Evolène’s Arène des Haudères in Val d’Hérens are the ideal surroundings for training. The participants will practice the transition from physical exertion to concentration in front of the target and get to know an unfamiliar sport from a professional perspective.
