Eveline Ott is a passionate cook and invites her guests to eat. The ingredients for her meals come from her own farm Sattel in the Canton Schwyz: meat, cream, eggs, brandy and apples. Her specialty is hay soup. She harvests the hay on the meadow in front of her house, together with flowers and herbs.
