Experience mechanical watchmaking live and discover the traditional craftsmanship of Chronoswiss.
Are you fascinated by mechanical watches? Are you looking for an experience that is out of the ordinary, perhaps even a watch that not everyone owns or wears on their wrist?
Lucerne is home to a very special gem for watch lovers: Chronoswiss. This independent watch company, which is proudly family-owned and consciously sets itself apart from large corporations, is based in the heart of Lucerne. There, Chronoswiss offers the rare opportunity to discover watches and their manufacture at close quarters - an experience that cannot be found anywhere else.
From the design phase to the finest machining of the dials with century-old machines and the precise assembly - an enthusiastic team provides an insight into their craftsmanship. Chronoswiss' timepieces, often limited to a few pieces, can be tested and purchased directly in the atelier.
The opening hours for a visit to the atelier are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30. Guided tours, which usually last a good hour, offer in-depth insights into the world of watchmaking and are available by appointment. Due to the direct insight into production times during working days and the high demand, Chronoswiss prioritises individuals and groups of up to 15 people with a keen interest in mechanical watches.
