Gasthof Eisenbahn in the middle of Weinfelden is owned by the Lüchinger family. They invite their guests for a 2-day tour. First, they fish for trout in the forest pond, and then cook them for dinner. The next day, the guests look for the perfect wine in the vineyards of Ottenberg.
