In the Val-de-Travers, absinth was always available, even during the time when its production and consumption were prohibited. On a walk to the «Fontaine à Louis», a hidden well, the visitors experience the Val-de-Travers just as it was in times past. A stopover at the Bovet distillery must of course be included.
