Ten years ago the region started to revive the old tradition of viticulture and has produced its own wine ever since.
Today the vineyards of the Crest Castle, located in the environs of Geneva, extend over more than 15 hectares. A variety of wines are grown here, from Chasselas to Cabernet to Merlot. The old cellar vault, excavated by François-Jules Micheli in 1823, was upgraded in 1994 to continue the ancient tradition of pressing the grapes at the castle - while employing the latest technology.
The wine cellar is open all year.
