Lac des Chavonnes

The Lac des Chavonnes is situated at 1690 metres a.s.l amidst beautiful woodland above Villars in the Vaud Alps. It’s just a 30-minute walk from Bretaye station (mountain railway from Bex). In Summertime the Lake has a temperature of 21 - 24 Degrees and is therefore ideal for swimming. Meals and refreshments available at the lakeside restaurant.
