Mantello (Lombard: Mantèl) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region of Lombardy , located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Milan and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 704 and an area of 3.7 square kilometres (1.4 sq mi).
