Servion (French pronunciation: [sɛʁvjɔ̃] ) is a municipality in the district of Lavaux-Oron in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland . The municipality of Les Cullayes merged on 1 January 2012 into Servion.

Servion is first mentioned in 1147 as Salvion and as Salviun.

Servion has an area, as of 2009, of 4.2 square kilometers (1.6 sq mi). Of this area, 2.54 km2 (0.98 sq mi) or 60.3% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.99 km2 (0.38 sq mi) or 23.5% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.67 km2 (0.26 sq mi) or 15.9% is settled (buildings or roads).
