Venthône is a former municipality in the district of Sierre in the canton of Valais in Switzerland . On 1 January 2021 the former municipalities of Miège , Venthône and Veyras merged to form the new municipality of Noble-Contrée .

Venthône had an area, as of 2009, of 2.5 square kilometers (0.97 sq mi). Of this area, 1.12 km2 (0.43 sq mi) or 44.3% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.63 km2 (0.24 sq mi) or 24.9% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.79 km2 (0.31 sq mi) or 31.2% is settled (buildings or roads).

Of the built up area, housing and buildings made up 16.6% and transportation infrastructure made up 12.3%.
