As a recognised complementary therapist with a federal diploma, I create a respectful and trusting relationship with my clients. As part of the treatment, I use a methodological approach to identify the symptoms as well as previous coping mechanisms and the corresponding resources. Depending on the initial situation, I use body-centred touch, movement, breathing and energy activities to stimulate the self-regulating abilities of my clients. I use targeted self-perception and self-awareness processes to promote resources and new ways for patients to look at their symptoms and deal with them. Implementing solutions and motivation-based readjustment in everyday life is also an important part of my work.

Focusing specifically on the client is the essence of my work.
