La Sala Carlo Basilico, un tempo refettorio dell’allora manifattura di tabacchi, è decorata con dodici tempere murali dell’artista Carlo Basilico (1895-1966) rappresentanti località di provenienza delle sigaraie situate nel Mendrisiotto. Questo spazio rappresenta oggi un’attrezzata sala per seminari ed eventi al servizio di imprese, associazioni e privati.
