PROFOR SA Forestry Company
Profor SA is a young and dynamic forestry company that has been active in the Ticino region since 2013. Despite its young age, Profor SA employs staff with several years of experience in the forestry sector and during its first two years of activity has already been able to collect several interesting experiences.
The main goal of Profor SA is to become a valuable partner for private individuals and public bodies in the management of forests, biotopes, green areas, gardens, parks and more.
Our main activities:
Execution of forestry and agricultural works of all kinds, naturalistic and landscape engineering works, restoration of ecosystems and terracing. Preparation and execution of forest management plans, execution and management of planting works, erosion protection, mechanical seeding, cutting works, rehabilitation, forest thinning, restoration and management of forests and woods with recreational function. Construction maintenance of forest and agricultural trails, tracks and roads. Works of embankment and cleaning of streams, formation of channels for forestry accommodation and avalanche prevention works. Small civil engineering works and excavations. Valorization, marketing and production of timber, including import-export. Hiring of public and private services such as snow caulking and snow removal service, spreading of de-icing products, green waste collection, management of composting plazas, management of greenery. Management of district heating or cogeneration plants.
