Welcome to the Jura Drei-Seen-Land, Switzerland's vegetable garden, where farmers grow more than 40 varieties of vegetables.
Our restaurant offers our guests local and seasonal products in order to take advantage of a shorter delivery route. We want to avoid the longer transport of goods in order to protect the environment and promote seasonal products.
