For us, the focus is on the individual and their story. Self-efficacy is very important to us; we want to understand the symptoms, get to the root of the causes together, and provide targeted exercises and treatment.

We use synergies from manual and active therapy, lifestyle consultations with evidence-based knowledge, and experience from many different areas of other therapies – individually tailored, relevant to everyday life, and effective.

We listen, explain things clearly and regularly adjust the treatment so that you feel comfortable and can work with us towards your recovery in a goal-oriented manner.

Wir arbeiten in unserer Therapie aufklärend, weil es uns wichtig ist, dass Sie verstehen, wo die Schmerzen und / oder Einschränkungen ihre Ursache haben. Selbstmanagement: Uns ist es wichtig, Ihnen das wissen zu vermitteln, damit Sie sich selber helfen können. Im Hinblick auf steigende Krankenkassenkosten achten wir auch auf Effizienz, d.h. dass unsere Therapiesitzungen so oft wie nötig aber so wenig wie möglich stattfinden. Wir sind Krankenkassen anerkannt und rechnen direkt mit Ihrer Krankenkasse ab. Bei uns sind aber auch Privatzahler herzlich willkommen zu einem Tarif von CHF 65.- / 30 min. Wir freuen uns auf Sie.
