Recognising that there was a genuine lack of specialists in the recruitment of banking, asset management, trust and accounting profiles in Geneva, Neil and Fabrice Tredinnick, two brothers with an entrepreneurial spirit, founded Lotus Partners in 2006 with the aim of offering a recruitment service of high quality and added value to the companies of the banking and financial sectors in Geneva.

Thanks to a quality alternative offer Lotus Partners rapidly gained the trust of renowned institutions in Geneva and was able to stand out from the competition in an ever more specialised sector.

The team has naturally flourished over the years through the arrival of new consultants coming directly from the banking, asset management, financial, trust, legal and tax sectors they specialise in.
