The El Prestin Dal Corda SA bakery was founded in 2015 as a result of my great passion for bread, which was passed down to me from a young age by my father Rolando. After working as a baker for most of my life, I decided to take the plunge and, thanks to the invaluable and indispensable support of my family, I was able to fulfil my dream: today, after considerable effort and rewarded by the tenacity and commitment I invested in overcoming the many obstacles along the way, I am proud to present my company, which now has nine employees, a production facility in Brione Verzasca and two retail outlets.
