You will receive two contracts:
A contract between you and the selected dealer, which we will draft and review in advance.
A second contract covering our import service.
Once the contracts are validated and signed, we will proceed with the reservation of your vehicle.
Following this, you will have a few days to make the payments:
The first payment goes directly to the dealer (a deposit may be required).
The second payment covers our service fee.
The dealer will then prepare the vehicle (exterior and interior detailing, servicing, inspection, etc.).
Depending on the package you choose, a second verification will be carried out on-site:
By our technician, following our inspection process (diagnostic tool check, mileage certification, reading of error codes, test drive). Photos will be provided in case of discrepancies.
Or by yourself, using the checklist we provide.
If any discrepancies are found:
For minor defects, we negotiate an amicable solution with the seller (financial compensation, repairs, etc.).
For major defects, the transaction can be canceled due to non-compliance, and the amounts paid will be refunded thanks to the security clauses included in the sales contract.
