Information

descriptions and special features

or over 30 years Haab Legal has offered a wide range of services to individuals and enterprises. Our goal is to offer concrete solutions, high quality and timely information to our customer.

We assist our clients in English, Italian, German, French, Russian and Spanish, in particular in the following fields:

  • Notary Services (sale of real estate, issuance of mortgage, etc.);
  • Residence permits and relocation in Switzerland;
  • Criminal Law;
  • Family Law (divorce, separation, custody of children, etc.);
  • Tenancy Law;
  • Contractual and Private Law in general;
  • Inheritance Law;
  • Commercial Law.

Our goal is to provide the client with practical and timely competent and dynamic solutions, giving special importance to compliance with standards of transparency and economic efficiency.

Working in different areas of Law we have gained a very broad general knowledge, which is why we are able to offer comprehensive advice while at the same time to not only foresee the risks but also the opportunities related to each case. In specialist areas that are not of our core competence, we use an extensive network of correspondents.

Owners of Haab Legal are the Attorneys at Law Roberto Haab (Notary public) and his son Hugo Haab. Both studied Law at the University of Zurich and are admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Ticino.
