For companies, Proper Languages offers targeted training that precisely meets the needs of professionals. Personalized follow-up helps achieve the set objectives. This is crucial, as companies have budgets to meet and need to see tangible results.

The director adds: "For example, in the banking sector, we assign teachers with experience in this field, which ensures a better understanding of specific needs. For human resources, we select trainers with a relevant background."

Specific Professional Training

Proper Languages collaborates with a wide range of industries. "We work with many companies, especially in the financial, luxury, engineering, architecture, and construction sectors. We also have partnerships with universities in the luxury and construction fields," says Ruth Avison Dang.

Moreover, other courses are also provided to other sectors, such as medical, catering, hospitality, and public transport.

Among the examples of customized language training, the program developed for the Geneva Public Transport (TPG) stands out. "We have established a program in collaboration with the HR department and controller managers. The program was specifically designed for them, with small groups and training adapted to their needs. We customize it down to the use of images of local bus stops that they know well. It is truly a program tailored from A to Z."

Another example concerns the engineers from the Geneva School of Landscape, Engineering, and Architecture (HEPIA). "We have created training on how to present projects. These are also customized according to their needs," the founder explains.

Finally, she mentions a medical clinic: "We have developed English training to meet the needs of their many English-speaking clients. This is training adapted to the medical and formal field. These examples show how we tailor our courses to the specific needs of each sector."
