After more than 20 years managing this establishment, Pierre-Alain and Marianne Rohrer decided to hand the restaurant at the end of 2020 to a young couple of restaurateurs, Joffrey and Nora Jacob.

It was in Bangkok where they lived that Joffrey and Nora learned that the restaurant was to be refurbished and the little family did not hesitate to cross the world to come and take over this magnificent establishment.
Nora, who grew up in the region, knew this magical place and is very proud to be able to bring to life such an emblematic place of the region.

Joffrey will use his love of fresh, local produce and his international cooking experience while Nora will be there to welcome you and take care of the service.

All this would be impossible without the fantastic team of collaborators who remain unchanged and welcome you from Wednesday to Sunday in this magnificent 16th century building, listed as a historic monument and located in the heart of the village of Môtiers.
