When Charlotte Sieber needed money to pay her tuition fees - at the renowned institute IPOC - she quickly thought of a business idea: What if grandmother's ginger juice was available? Charlotte remembered how invigorated she felt as a child when she drank from that juice each time. Her grandmother always claimed that this juice would even revive old and tired people with energy. Charlotte called her idea into being and gradually began to use it. By selling fruits and ginger juices, Charlotte was able to earn enough money to finance her education. As an adult woman, she felt the urge to share her culinary creations of fruits and juices with the world around her. She founded Nipok's Ginger in the small Swiss village of Oetwil am See in hopes that her products would one day be available around the world. Today, Nipok's Ginger operates in Europe and in North America. We focus on the production of exotic foods. These are specialties that we have discovered all over the world. Our wide range of products includes jams, syrups, dried fruits and candies. We are always looking for new exotic foods to expand our product range and make it more attractive for new and existing customers. We are very interested to know what kind of foods you would like to discover in our assortment. Feel free to write any comments you have about it. We would like to point out that our products are made of purely natural fruits and vegetables without preservatives, food coloring and flavor enhancers.
