Mana Kendra GmbH in Ostermundigen near Bern is a center for holistic bodywork, massage therapy, conscious sexuality and personal development. Our work supports people in their physical, emotional and sexual well-being. The approach is professional, integrative and trauma-informed.

We offer various types of massage including classic massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, foot reflexology, Lomi Lomi, hot stone, cupping and spinal massage. Treatments are EMR recognized and may be reimbursed by Swiss supplementary health insurance.

Our tantra and intimacy work includes yoni and prostate massage, energy coaching, trauma integration, sexual counseling and couple sessions. All services are offered in a safe, respectful and inclusive setting.

Mana Kendra is also a training center. We offer professional education in massage therapy and tantra, including diploma courses and further training in trauma, embodiment and sexuality.

The in-house Mana Shop offers natural products for well-being, spiritual practice and body care. Products include Palo Santo, sage, herbal teas, Shilajit, Ashwagandha, natural cosmetics, yoni care, massage oils and handmade jewelry. All products are carefully selected, often organic, fair trade and high quality.
