Our story begins back in 1938, when our father Alberto, descendant of an ancient family of millers, took over the old pasta factory in Moscia (Ascona) and, actively supported by his wife Erminia, started producing "our pasta". After World War II, he built the new headquarters in Locarno and installed one of the first continuous automatic presses: a technical revolution for the time! It was then a series of changes and expansions until 1994, the year of the move to Quartino.
Unchanged is our passion for our work. The continuous pursuit of excellence constantly accompanies us: we always use the best raw materials and water from Monte Tamaro, with remarkable purity.
Our constant commitment is to produce without seeking to maximize the exploitation of the facilities, thus drying slowly to obtain a product with remarkable cooking resistance and an unmistakable taste.
