Who am I?

Caring and gentle, I'm known for my sensitivity and interest in others. Previously very shy, I always played the observer rather than the speaker in my group of friends. This position has helped me to develop my sense of listening and observation, so that I have the necessary distance to understand the behavior of those around me. I love sharing, authenticity, getting back to basics and simplicity.

Kinesiology can be applied to all human beings who wish to move towards well-being.

Kinesiology can be used to work on blockages, stress and emotions. It can therefore be applied to all issues. Jennifer is particularly interested in the following issues:

What to expect when you come for a kinesiology session:

1st session

The first session generally lasts 1h30.

It includes a medical history, a discussion, the muscular testing will help us get all the information we need to set an objective and see deeply what is going on. Often there is still time for brief treatment session. Anyways, you will leave with one or more actions to implement until the next session.

The following sessions

They generally last 1 hour.

We briefly review the actions taken and the difficulties and successes encountered since the last session.

A goal is set to guide further changes, and the body is rebalanced (care). Finally, a discussion about the new actions to be put in place to anchor the changes brings us to the end of the session.

How many sessions are needed?

There are no precise recommendations, as there are many human variables (readiness to change, number of issues to work on, resources, limiting beliefs, etc.). However, kinesiology is a ‘short’ therapy, and in my experience it takes between 2 and 5 sessions on average to work in depth.
